The hotel had some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance, including a malfunctioning AC and lack of hot water, but the sleep quality was good after a room change. The service was outstanding, particularly the front office manager, who was very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic in the heart of Hurghada, and the dining experience was quite satisfactory but with room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay with some maintenance hiccups.
